Shipping policy

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide directly from Pakistan through trusted courier and logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, SkyNet, or Pakistan Post, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — these will be clearly mentioned on our website.
4. International Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally from Pakistan. Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to understand potential additional costs.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the courier’s website.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it from customs, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
The Leather Syndicate is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier if needed.
